3D Animation - Day One of Classes

Hey Guys!

Tuesday the 15th of Feburary 2022

Introduction into this year coaurse, we went through the brief (briefly) here is some notes from today:

Animation is up to 2 mins

Recommend only have one character

Short Keys to Maya:

Camera:

Alt + Left button = Move around

Alt + Right Button = Pan in

Mouse wheel = Zoom in and out (Use Alt Right button for precise movement)

Alt + Mouse Wheel = Moves camera

On Shape:

(W) = Move Shape

(E) = Rotate

(R) = Scale

(F) = brings camera in to the object

Animation on the timeline:

press (S) after moving object to add a keyframe

Scuplting Tools we would be using:

With Sculpt Tool:

Hold (B) to change the brush, Or, double click the tool to get the brush prefence.
