Hey Guys! Monday the 28th of March So far think the power point to fine, think marketing probably have added more, but feel like that was a group issue rather than marketing team. Event Coordinator, could have made the PowerPoint more pleasing to the eye. But unsure. Presentation: Might have proofread the slides before presentation. From other presentation: Site, Have sketches of the even on real life photos to show site. Emergency Plan: Evacuation, emergency exits and Congestion Area Budget: Include Emergency Budget Event: Have a timeline before the event needs to take place. Legal: The act, then state why/what we need to follow through with act. Scope of Compliance, what to have before the event. Need to clear with Jess, Non-auto compliance? 

 Hey Guys! Thursday the 24th of March Will start this assessment this weekend. Event Coordinator: Keep the presentation in mind, edit it, make sure it well presented and not repeated information. Make sure you establish contact early, forming a prescient of communicating on teams is important. Be aware of all the roles and what their main goals are. This allows better opportunity to help them where required and ensure all Site Coordinator:  Communicate with other teams, Legal, if it is legal, With fiance keep its in the budget. Knowing the site Double check the risk assessment. Fiance : Talking closely or looking at the work done on the slides with marketing and design because they will create things that possibly need to have a cost made up for things. Make charts! Hey Guys! Tuesday the 22nd of March We started some 3D modelling, Here is my attempt of character torso. Will need to draw A pose though to get it correct though. I'll just draw the line art, body as one layer and clothing on another. Note: After expanding the arm, make elbow first with Multicut tool, one line with elbow then two lines above and below.  Hey Guys! Monday the 21st the March Culture Board Needed help trying to understand how to show this world rather than tell, so I asked Chris for some help. Here is some notes from that. Should show masks of how the zodiacs can be shown to others. Wu dog Think about Main land china compared to sea/mountain china. Advise to how to use refences. Use traditional as a jump off, charactersure (cartooning)  Patterns If too nervous, look at something that is a opposite to what you want. Ie look at horses if you want to draw a dragon. So far:

 Hey Guys Monday the 21st of March My opinion is the same, I feel like this group really didn't care. It was do your slide, don't care about the event. Hearing other groups, Group C, I was annoyed that I wasn't in their group as their even seemed actual fun and I wanted to actually be apart of that group to make that event. I didn't have time last weekend to do my slide so I did it in the morning. Group Discussion: My opinion: Brainstorm multiple ideas before setting on one. Have more open creative mind with the event, or focus on the event, as I believe we just went, "okay, you do that slide and I do this slide." I got bored during the presentation, so I think maybe the presenting I should improve.  Properly let everyone have a say in a thought, as notice India, Juan and Jerome was quiet when putting ideas together.
