So, we started having our team meet up with suggestion of event, I suggested, lets do a 'fun' event. Basically got shut down. "Its too expensive", "This is hypothetical", "Only old people would go to this event", "No one is going to go to this as its an architectural event", No one is going to go to it if its just last hypothetical re-skinned. You can make an event that is fun and learning something. 

Anyway, talked to Ruby and Emma, they talked to them.... Waiting for a reply.

Areas where there be no photos or any recording devices allowed?

Is there paid tickets or token tickets (I.e. just proof/invitation to guided tours)?

Any Donations (money or items related) from business or individual people? (Will have to thank them in written, in a place where the attendees)

Food at the event?

What would happen if the event is cancelled or go into red level? Shall we reschedule, go to digital event or cancel it.

So there is public walk through, with displays.

10 am and 2 pm there is guided tours.

There is a children area, Window colouring pages.

Debris and Photos showcasing.
