Next meeting, 11 am on Friday 29th of April, this is a practice run presenting. Please those leaders be in classroom for practice presenting.

Friday the 29th of April

Someone has inform me that people have been a disappointment not handing anything in. Or arrived to this meeting or even send in apologies.

Meeting was supposed to be practice pitch, but as there was barely anyone arrive, we've postponed till before Monday class, at 8:45 am.

Leader Morgan has informed:

• Lack of communication 
• To Event Coordinators
• Leaders
• Other Members
• Check Teams
• Deadlines (are set, please hand in before then and how to hand it in)
• People to talk to have a basic script to talk.
• Make a group for 'Creativity' (the story focus of the event) and 'activity' (organize how to set up the activities).

My opinions, I'm disappointed. Not exactly about the class, like Yes I am, but its mostly about myself. I relie on my leaders but they lacked of communication I should have gone to Leader Morgan or to other Event Coordinators. Also feel like everyone has a different idea to what I think/understand.

For Site:

We need to think about hi-viz or shirts or tags for staff.

Will need to meet up with Morgan (Leader) to reflect.

Morgan and Jess both said I've done well and shouldn't over stress myself. Like I've done alot. Still doesn't feel like it.
