WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and Meeting

We are picking someone for treasury/bank person to get the money.

Either 1st, Abby and 2nd, Jessica. But that will be talked in meeting today, to who it'll be.

Work Breakdown Structure:

Meeting:

Site need to look at:

• Show a plan of the venue annotated with where things are, traffic flow, restricted areas 

• State regulations and procedures 

• Outline health & safety risk assessment of venue

We need a Creativity (Activity) Group, and Installation Group.

Abby and Jess will be money securities. Motion Pass
