Feedback on pitch and how to improve next time.

Feedback on the pitch from myself:

I believe it was well done, but could have done some spell checking and or visual checking. The last few people talking also could have spoken a bit louder.

We had some sun technical issue with the slide, so for next time in the church or any place with windows to keep in mind of sunlight that might interfere with people witnessing the slides.

The pitch itself was I believe was too much research and was bit too long for the pitch.

I did wish to make a sketch up for the pitch but was too much. Apparently to Ruby, it was recommended so the stakeholders know what is happening exactly.

Feedback on the pitch from tutors:

Note: Basically make goals for the event, keep going back to the goals. Each groups have separate goals but also the major groups.

Research: Only one slide... Go back to reason of inspiration, don't have to talk about the inspirational event....

Feedback on the proposal from tutors:

I'm disappointed, I get where the tutors are coming from, but I'm truly heartbroken....

Event:

Taking 23/6/22, 5-9 pm, 7 rooms.

For Kynn (myself) to do, Re sketch up room locations..... into 7 rooms.

We need 8 people to activity so to have them as leaders.

I'll be activity leader, I'll be planning the activity location and what is required to make these activities.

List:

Kynn need to redraw layout rooms into 7 rooms, with advice with Morgan M, Friday morning.

Eyessa (Design Team) is doing a mood board of rooms and will be back to Kynn on Saturday night.

Kynn distributing rooms and mood boards to Jerome, Gus and themselves Saturday Night, with photos, moodboards and suggestion what to include. (example some photos off the internet of that activity, to show what would be happening. Please reference them). All these due Sunday evening for Jess (Event coordinator)

Shea is writing up some paragraphs for the document. These include annotations to photos and goals for our group.

Gus is simplifying Jerome Health and Safety documentation for the proposal.

Sorted out room:

Morgan agreed to have food seprated for the idea having imersve enclosed sea activity. The 'ground' activities are together in 'big room' the atreim.

When finishing sketch up of layout. Send it out to Eyessa to give her better understandment on mood boards.

Room 1 (Rain)= Design Team

Rooms 3 (Appreciation), 2 (Promise), 6 (Sea) = Jerome

Rooms 7 (Death), 5 (Wind), 4 (Sky) = Gus
